My focus is on legal advice in the area of commercial law. As a German lawyer, I advise within the framework of German law. However, thanks to my decades of experience in an international context, I am also familiar with other legal systems. Drafting and negotiating contracts in English is part of my daily practice.
Mediation
As a certified mediator and lawyer, I can help you to resolve conflicts in your company, whether between managers and employees, between members of teams, between departments or in the event of conflicts within the group of shareholders.

My name is Dietmar Rettig. I have been working as a lawyer | in-house lawyer in the field of international commercial law for over 25 years. From drafting and negotiating contracts and developing corporate law solutions to enforcing justified claims and defending against unjustified claims, you can rely on my many years of expertise.
In addition, I am a certified mediator pursuant to Section 5 (2) of the German Mediation Act.
